WordPress 2.5 becomes more Web 2.0ish

This blog is currently running on WordPress 2.5. I took the usual process > download WP 2.5 installation > unzip in my HD > ftp all the WP2.5 files into domain host > upgrade successful. I skipped the whole process of deleting the previous wp-admin files etc. and went directly to upgrade.php. Looks good so far. The major changes happened in the WP dashboard. Read more

WordPress 2.3 Successfully Installed

I successfully upgraded 3 of my blogs which are running the 2.2 WordPress installation into WordPress 2.3. The upgrade process took a bit longer than usual since my ISP at home was slow as always. I’ve checked out all my installed plugins and everything is working out fine. I also sent an email to TLA before installing WP 2.3 to check whether their plugin would work with 2.3 and they immediately replied with an affirmative. Read more
