Finally, Apple has announced its latest iPhone – the new iPhone 5. Apple puts it simply and nicely – it’s the biggest thing to happen in the iPhone since the iPhone. As such, the iPhone 5 is slimmer, lighter and thinner than its predecessor, the iPhone 4S. It will be available in the US and selected countries (including Hong Kong and Singapore) on September 21. Pre-order starts from the Apple Online Store on Friday, September 14. Sorry folks, no words yet on when it will be available in the Philippines. Probably a few weeks after September 28 when it becomes available in some other countries.
