If you’re like me who owns a couple of Western Digital external hard drives, then you’ll be glad to know that WD has opened up a service center in the Philippines. The Western Digital Service Center is located in Chino Roces Avenue Cor Urban Avenue in Makati City. It will be open from 8 in the morning till 6 in the evening on Mondays, and 8 am to 6 pm from Tuesday to Wednesday. The Service Center is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
According to Western Digital, the Service Center was established to further strengthen distribution to end-user support and to provide faster RMA service assistance to Western Digital product owners. The Service Center will accept WD internal hard drives, external storage devices and home entertainment products such as the WD Media Box.
To celebrate the opening of its Service Center, Western Digital will accept in-warranty drives and replace them immediately. Take note that your WD products bought only from authorized Western Digital distributors.
