I was recently invited to attend a media event by Neo Manufacturing, makers of highly affordable netbooks and laptops in the Philippines. Neo Basic B3230
This is Neo’s take on the netbook market which is still hot until now in the Philippines despite its waning popularity in other countries. The Neo Basic B3230 netbook boasts of Intel Atom N450 Pinetrail platform, 2GB of RAM, 320 GB of HDD, WiFi N connectivity and Windows 7 Starter Edition.
These are just two of the netbooks which was shown during the event. Price point for the Neo Basic 3230 is at Php 17,999 while the Neo Basic B4105 is at Php 35, 999. Neo netbooks and laptops are available from Neo stores nationwide.

I got a neo laptop that i bought in 2006 and the price 30k was expensive during those time but still working. I use it everyday for at least 6 hrs and still works fine not any problem encountered for the last 4 yrs
During my vacation in Philippines I have seen lots of this laptop in SM. I think they are one of the affordable laptop line in Phiilppines

I got a neo netbook, I just bought it last summer (May 2010). The netbook was so affordable and has a good quality. I really love it!
im having a problem with my neo netbook.whenever i open it, the entire screen turns red and shows wave-like lines..anyone know anything about this?

its true it is affordable but as of the today 10/28/2011 the prices are very cheap the acer netbook, emachines netbook and samsung netbookare Php 12t – Php 14t.
