After two weeks of using the 13-inch Unibody MacBook, it’s now time for a review, the aczafra version. Only one word can describe the 2 weeks experience, of my shift from PC to Mac – awesome. I know you might have already read about this, but just the same here are the specs of the MacBook Pro Unibody that I got two weeks ago:
- 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU
- 2GB 1067 MHz DDR2 RAM
- 160GB SATA HDD
- NVIDIA GeForce 9400M Graphics/Video Memory
- Built-in Airport Extreme Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
- 13.3-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit glossy widescreen display, 1280×800 resolution
- Mac OS X ver 10.5.8
Actually I’d rather you search for various reviews of this MacBook Pro as there are other users who wrote and published their more “expert” review. Common, don’t be shy – just Google or Bing It.
My overall impression? Actually I would have to say that I should have shifted from PC to Mac a long time ago. Usability-wise, Mac machines are definitely way easier to use than PCs. Well, at first you’ll get lost but with just a little patience, you’ll grown to love the Mac.
Just don’t look for controls such as “right-click”, “backspace key” and “control”. These commands are labeled differently on a Mac.
But of course, the best way to gauge a Mac in comparison to PCs is to look at their design and form factor. No wonder MacBook’s are priced quite stiffly. You wouldn’t mind the price you paid for it once you’ve touched, hold and actually use a MacBook.
Alright I’ll stop here. If you want to find out more reasons why you should shift to Mac from PC, well don’t waste your time. Just close your eyes and go get a Mac.
