Direct Blogging from Word to Blog Site

With the number of articles that I need to write daily, the task of spellchecking and grammar checking what I write is beginning to become a daunting task. That’s why I badly need a text editor with plugins that would let you publish blog post that you created from a text editor to your blog “as is, where is”.
What I usually do is compose the article in MS Word, check spelling and grammar then paste it on a Notepad file to clear off unnecessary garbage produced by creating a document in MS Word. Then, I copy and paste the article from Notepad to the blog, append links, attach photos before hitting the publish button. These steps may seem daunting but once you get used to it, the tasks will grow on you.

But still, it would be nice to have a blog editor that could let you write articles, append links, attach photos, spell and grammar check and lets you publish it directly to your site without the formatting errors produced by incompatible formatting structures.

That’s why I’m trying MS Word 2007’s blog post publishing tool and see if it works fine in in a WordPress blog.

If you know of other tools that could answer my dilemma, feel free to leave a comment. Will appreciate it and might even treat you to lunch!

Update: The coding is clean after publishing this post. Looks like I might be using MS Word 2007 for awhile until I found a better alternative.
