WordPress Theme Generator is an online applications that lets WordPress bloggers who have no time to learn or get into the nitty gritty of CSS, PHP and HTML customize their own blog in three simple steps:

select their blog’s design settings,
save and download the WP Theme files in zip format,
unzipped the file into their blog directory’s folder,

and presto, bloggers can now select the Theme into the WP Presentation editor.Â That easy. The WordPress Theme Generator also supports Widgets and is based on WP 2.1.
