But in order to use the TLA publishing program, Blogger users must switch to the new Blogger which was recently released out of beta stage. This is a good news not only for Blogger users but for TLA as well, as there are a lot of high-profile Blogger blogs out there.

you need to use the new fugly layout system. Blogs still using the classic template system are still out of luck :~(
