Batasan 5 and Voltes V
The so called Batasan 5 is out of the Congress after being held “captive” for almost 70 days. They missed their home and family they say, and yet the first thing they did upon stepping out of the Congress vicinity is walked to U.P. Diliman with their supporters to stage a welcome rally. And in that rally, they promised to continue their “struggle” amidst the tirade of Justice Secretary Raul J. telling them “mamundok na lang kayo” (you better go back to the mountains). Read more
Boracay Sunset
I spent the long weekend in Boracay Island. There were various party events from Friday to Saturday. The stretch of white sand from station one to station 3 was full of people as early as 6 in the morning. By 5pm, all the bars from station 2 to station 1 is jampacked with party people.
